  • Credits are used to generate designs on our platform
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits do not expire
  • Different design types require different credit amounts
  • We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with notice

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the designs you create using our Service. We grant you a perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute the generated content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Generate content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Create harmful, abusive, or offensive content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
  • Resell or redistribute our Service without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also modify these Terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Credits are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
